Investigo are pleased to be supporting a multi-billion pound organisation with their search for a Change Manager, supporting their major Finance Transformation programme. This role will specifically support the Payroll function following the implementation of their new Payroll System.

Ideally you will have extensive experience supporting organisation who have experienced a significant Oracle implementation programme.

Scope of work:

  • Design and implement change communication plans
  • Support with the coordination of Training in conjunction with the Training team
  • Design and implement robust process maps
  • To be vs as is Gap analysis
  • Impact assessments
  • Change planning
  • Reporting on governance, mitigating risk where possible
