Commercial Finance Lead

Investigo are pleased to be partnering with this international software business, going through continued growth and acquisitions. Due to recent new executive hires, they are looking to bring in 3 Commercial Finance Leads to help business partner the Divisional MD's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Managing Director to provide financial support across the wider executive team
• Design and implement modelling for multiple products and revenue streams for the purposes of monthly forecast, annual budget and bi-annual long term strategic planning
• Produce detailed monthly analysis of actual performance, and provide variance analysis/insight from actual trading results
• Work effectively with the broader finance function to develop and deliver informative information on the performance of the product portfolio
• Utilise various systems to deliver and enhance the management information that drives decision making within the business
• Assist in developing strategic vision, identifying value creation and preparing the group for an exit
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, for example working on M&A projects, designing relevant process and control, supporting the MD with their strategic initiatives
