Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-established, prestigious and highly regarded Law Firm as their Finance Admin on a full-time, permanent basis. The finance team currently consists of 3 people (Finance Director, Financial Controller, Finance Admin) but due to the firms rapid growth, the team are looking to hire another Finance Administrator as well as a Finance Team Leader, so the team will soon be made up of 5 individuals. This role will report into the newly appointed Finance Team Leader. Based in their Bristol office 2-3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining days of the week.

Role Responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for data entry, bank reconciliations, assisting with financial accounting duties, assisting with weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, assisting with VAT Returns, processing invoices, processing bills, and chasing outstanding invoices.

Role Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to possess at least 6 months of relevant finance experience and be confident with the use of Excel. You will ideally have experience using Xero Accountancy software (although this is not essential). You will be a proactive, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative approach and an outstanding work ethic. You will be a reliable, committed and dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary of up to £25,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate.
