Finance Analyst

Investigo are currently recruiting for an Finance Analyst/FP&A, working with a Commercial Interior Designer to be part of a growing and successful business through their Financial expansion.

The role

• Assist operating the commercial performance of an account within the Thirdway business through the provision of support and analysis to the management team
• To conduct contract and project data administration as a basis of accurate management reporting, decision support and cash generation
• Regular communication with internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Reporting on commercial performance - providing aspects such as revenue, profitability, resource utilisation
• Support all operational processes - sales tracking, resource management, P&L reporting providing in depth analysis
• Reconcile and analyse Revenue actuals vs forecast - monitoring via NAV and other internal reporting systems
• Responsible for review and interpretation of contract information and setup in CRM
• Ensure contracts are compliant with Thirdway Interior internal standards
• Liaise with Account Managers/Pre-Con on contract information
• Prepare reports for management meetings
• Work closely with supporting finance team to ensure accurate flow of information distributed across

Skills/Experience

• Previous experience in business operations or as a business analyst
• Preferable experience in similar environment, preferable Professional Services firms
• Knowledge using NAV systems is desirable
• Experience of financial/commercial analysis desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Confident to build and maintain relationships with senior members of staff
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and contribute to the success
