Finance Analyst - Real Estate Fund Management

Investigo are recruiting for Finance Analyst - Real Estate Fund Management role, with a central London based and multinational Property Business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a business that is going from strength to strength.

The roles are paying £350 - £400 per day, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for contributing to the reporting of the Funds for the fund management business and deliver ad hoc project initiatives
• This includes completion of annual accounts, implementation of a fund model, distributions to investors, financial reporting and analytics, tax, investor and board reporting along with monthly, quarterly and year end finance reporting
• Contribute to internal and external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial and non-financial reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes
• Assist with the delivery and implementation of new Funds as and when relevant
• Provide or coordinate technical accounting, tax and treasury advice
• Develop relationships with Finance Services as it pertains to the performance of relevant services to the Fund
• Help with preparation and management of the business plans including setting business KPIs, quarterly review process and reporting and driving business accountability to achieve outcomes.
• Fund modelling, investor and board reporting

Role requirements

• Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent Excel skills
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles and applies this knowledge to effectively manage the commercial and operational activities of the business
• Applies strong intellect and logic to quickly diagnose the core issues and identifies a range of potential solutions and scenarios
• Actively monitors timeframes and milestones to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Uses breadth and depth of finance and business operational expertise to provide proactive solutions to both strategic and commercial risk and opportunities
• Strong communicator who engages all stakeholders and contributors ensuring management optimises outcomes
