Finance Business Partner

The Company:

A FTSE listed Real Estate company is looking to a recruit a Newly Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant to join their Central London team. The role requires a personable accountant who can manage a portfolio and maintain relationships with non-finance stakeholders.

The company is highly regarded in the Real Estate space and has achieved year-on-year growth, making it one of the top performing companies in the FTSE 250.

The ideal candidate will have previous real estate experience, either during their audit, or in industry. Whilst this is ideal, it is not a necessity and they will be happy to interview people with a strong interest in moving into Real Estate.

The Role:

• Business partnering with relevant heads of departments to provide historical cost analysis
• Complete month end accurately within the required timetable, including full P&L and balance sheets for the buildings in your portfolio and the TOG corporate overhead company
• Visit the buildings in your portfolio regularly to conduct meetings with the Building Managers and discuss budgets, review financial performance, and forecast future events
• Manage a portfolio of the Group's properties and act as the finance contact for those buildings
• Review and posting of payroll for the Group
• Understand and provide variance analysis and commentary against historical performance and budget

The Candidate:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Proactive self starter
• Excellent communicator and consultative approach to work
• Interest in Real Estate
