Finance Business Partner

My client is a highly respected FTSE 250 property business who are looking for a dynamic and intelligent individual to join their finance team in a senior business partnering role which will include line management. This individual will be expected to have a strong technical background in management accounts and a proven track record of finance business partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders.

The company are leaders in their field and provide a flexible and accessible working environment with plenty of room for career progression. They are are looking for an inquisitive and talented individual who is keen to develop relationships across the company. The role itself is as follows:

Key Responsibilities

• FBP with asset managers
• Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders
• Line manage two more junior members of staff
• Assist group finance with quarterly reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Ten year strategic plans

Key Requirements

• ACA or CIMA qualified
• Previous management experience
• Strong management accounts experience
• Strong commercial skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Team player
