Financial Accountant

Investigo are recruiting to an exciting 6 month Financial Accountant role, with a central London based Property Business, who boast a progressive and growing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within an advancing business.

The roles are paying £275 - £350 per day, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with year-end reporting responsibilities
• Production of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for various companies and JV's within the Group within given timescales
• Reconciliation of monthly loan accounts
• Preparation of annual financial statements and supplementary tax packs for external auditors
• Assistance in completion of UK Group's management accounts packs (Excel) and subsequent tie-up to group consolidations
• Assisting with the timely completion of monthly VAT and CIS returns
• Assisting to complete the monthly reconciliation of Inter-Company transactions
• Identify and evaluate effects of applicable accounting standards on allocated companies' financial results

Role requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Have 6m + PQE from mid-tier practice or a property environment (desirable)
• Experience preparing financial statements
• A team player who has experience of working to tight deadlines
• Ability to remain effective under pressure
• An excellent eye for detail
• Excellent organisational skills
