Financial Planning Analyst

My Client is an American news and opinion website, valued at over $1 billion and Pulitzer Prize winning. They have central offices located in New York City but are now recruiting for a Financial Planning Analyst role based in Holborn.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with senior heads of department to create budgets.
• Forecasting of the company's future performance.
• Creating business cases to evaluate future investment opportunity.
• Working with the sales team to predict performance.
• Assessing risk and opportunity.
• Supporting and taking on ad-hoc projects.
• Digital analysis, responsibility for digital KPI reporting
• Industry, market trends and competitor analysis
• Design clear and concise reporting format for financial and non-financial audiences

As the ideal candidate you will have the following:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA fully qualified required.
• Previous management accounts experience is essential.
• Previous analysis experience is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience as an accounting assistant or similar roles would also be beneficial.
• Should be comfortable working for a large corporate organisation, previous TMT exposure is also helpful.
