Financial Reporting Manager

A leading Technology post series B funded organisation based in London is currently looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager to mange the monthly reporting process. The business has an amazing office and a great culture to thrive and learn within a fast growing business.

The role responsibilities include;

• Create and present the monthly/weekly commercial flash report
• Preparation of group consolidated financial statements for monthly board pack
• Consolidation of international subsidiaries
• Liaison with local advisers in each market in regards to Audit and Tax purposes
• Process improvement and assistants on the financial systems
• Manage a small team

Key skills needed for this position;

• Likely ACA (or equivalent with 1-2 years PQE
• Strong accounting and group consolidations / group audit experience
• Experience of implementing and updating processes and systems within fast growth companies
• Experience of planning and managing the completion of financial audits.
• Proven experience of managing the accounting implications of new contracts or products
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
