FP&A Manager

Our client leaders in their field are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month period. The role will support the Sales and Marketing teams across a number of regions and oversee a team of 2 Analysts.

The role will deliver:

• Responsible for assisting business managers with preparation of cost and benefits justification for capital investment projects including IRR and NPV calculations.
• Responsible for post project review of capital investments to ensure forecast benefits have been achieved.
• Work with the Sales Directors on the commission structures / contracts.
• Provide regular analysis on the commission expenditure brand performance and profitability.
• Oversee the consolidation of the monthly close across the International offices covering all aspects of commission and costs.
• Oversee the revenue performance and other key performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Manage the annual operating plan process for the division for both revenue and expenditure
• Manage the quarterly and monthly forecast process for the division.
• Present the annual plan and quarterly forecasts in review meetings with senior management.

The successful candidate will be fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA with strong experience within FP&A, Sales team support and team management. The ability to build relationships and influence senior management is also essential for the role.
