PFI Finance Manager/ Controller

Quality control

• Oversee the production of management accounts, budgets and statutory accounts for the company's PFI portfolio

Technical control

• Be responsible for best practice and GAAP compliance

Audit control

• Be responsible for liaison with the companies auditors together with assessment of disclosures and recommended templates.
• Co-ordinate with group consolidation and tax managers

Financial Model control

• Technical advice and guidance

Asset Management

• Liaison with asset managers for reporting at quarterly board meetings

Staff management

• Accounting and technical guidance and mentoring

PFI Projects

• Take responsibility for two or three current projects
• Provide guidance on accounting and structure on new projects and acquisitions on the secondary market

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant
• PFI Knowledge/experience
• Team management experience
• Ambitious hard worker
