Head of Finance

I am currently working with a Private Equity backed Technology business based in London, who have experienced exceptional growth over the last 3 years - and have recently gone through another round of investment. As part of this role, you will be leading support for the CFO and have full ownership of the finance function.

The Role:
Supporting a team of 4 qualified finance
Preparation of Statutory Accounts;
Cash flow forecasting & working capital management;
Managing external audit requirements;
Project work (Acquisitions and ERP transformation)
Supporting CFO with strategy and Ad hoc finance

The Requirements:
Qualified Accountant, ACA or equivalent, with experience gained in a Big 4 or 2nd tier firm.
Previous experience within a Private Equity environment
Proven experience as an SME Head of Finance
