Regional HR Business Partner

50K to 55K plus car allowance + benefits

A well-known UK hospitality brand is urgently looking for a strong multisite HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month FTC.

This role will work closely with the Regional Directors and their SLTs to ensure that there is a high-quality HR service, in line with the overall group People strategy. Working in collaboration with the HR Services and the CoE's, you will deliver the full suite of generalist activities across a large and multisite client group across the Southern UK.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent Generalist HR knowledge, strong experience business partnering and delivering within matrix customer facing organisations.
• Strong key stakeholder management skills and supporting large multisite client groups

• Proven track record of driving and delivering the People Plan, including; employee relations, leadership development and performance, employee engagement, change management and talent initiatives

• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to consult, influence, and coach senior leaders and managers

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding with a focus on people metrics and driving KPIs

• Support and implement strategic projects and plans from the wider People team

You will have proven business partnering experience within fast paced commercial, multisite businesses (Retail/Hospitality/FM/Healthcare/Manufacturing). You will have led on the people strategy and supported large scale multisite client populations.

Given the large scope of region, you will manage your own diary and home base location can be flexible.
