INTERIM - 6 MONTHS - MOBILIZATION DIRECTOR - FACILITIES

An FM Service Provider is currently seeking an Interim Mobilization Director for 6 months to oversee thee mobilization of a contract that sits in the Central Government sector.

As the Interim Mobilization Director, you will be responsible for the likes of:

• Developing and maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships.
• Be the lead on compliance and ensure that it is up to date.
• Develop, coach and mentor the current team in place.
• TUPE of staff

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience managing demanding clients.
• Can demonstrate working for other leading FM Service Providers.
• Ideally have experience managing contracts within the Public Sector
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can demonstrate mobilizing large complex FM contracts in the Public Sector.
• Ideally BIFM or other equivalent memberships.
• Ideally Degree educated or have come up from an FM related background.
