Interim Facilities Coordinator - Exciting Tech business - London (temp to perm)

Investigo are working with a well-known tech brand with 2 London sites who are currently recruiting for an Interim Facilities Coordinator with exceptional customer service to join them on an interim basis. This has a strong possibility of turning permanent.

The Role

  • Provide the relationship between the FM team and building management
  • Daily checks of the company's facilities to ensure high quality and compliance
  • Looking after the contractor list and managing contractors that come in
  • Ability to take ownership for H&S across both sites (Fire procedure, Risk Assessments etc)

The Person

  • Exceptional customer Service provision
  • Experienced in the coordination of an Office Facility and ability to ensure its smooth running
  • Strong H&S knowledge and previous experience of practical implementation and implications
  • Ability analyse situations or data and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
