Job description
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy
- Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration platform with a focus on Teams, Sharepoint & E-Mail (related certifications a plus)
- Experience in a role as Service Manager in a global IT organisation
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- ITIL / ISO20000 certification (or other IT Service Management related) a plus
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively with Senior Management, Business Units Management, with other IT Managers, with staff,etc.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with multi-located teams.
- High willingness to drive transformation and service improvement.
- Strong customer / end-user / client service orientation.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Fluent command of oral and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
