Job description

  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Broad understanding of a business or service environment and awareness of the factors that influence business decisions and strategy
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 Collaboration platform with a focus on Teams, Sharepoint & E-Mail (related certifications a plus)
  • Experience in a role as Service Manager in a global IT organisation
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • ITIL / ISO20000 certification (or other IT Service Management related) a plus
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with Senior Management, Business Units Management, with other IT Managers, with staff,etc.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with multi-located teams.
  • High willingness to drive transformation and service improvement.
  • Strong customer / end-user / client service orientation.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
  • Fluent command of oral and written English as the corporate language; knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
