Job description

  • Providing 1st line support as require through a ticketing system (service now)
  • Installing new hardware, operating systems and software programs;
  • Responding to users in a professional manner by arriving on time and working on an issue until it's resolved and against agreed SLAs
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
  • Set-up & disable user accounts/profiles
  • Support Video Conferencing
  • Assist senior support staff, e.g Platform Architect and Service Desk Lead, by supporting cloud services.
  • Dealing with VIP users

Skills & Experiences Required

Knowledge of

Windows Operating Systems - install, maintain and troubleshoot

  • MS Office products - install, maintain and troubleshoot
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage different stakeholders across the Business
  • Self-starter and a good team player
  • Good general education (A levels/Degree )
  • Some knowledge of service desk software such as Service-Now but not essential
  • Full training can be given to the succesful candidate
