L&D Manager

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK business in the recruitment for an L&D Manager to be based in their Berkshire Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a newly created role, accountable for creating and implementing the Learning programme for Head Office colleagues.

As the L&D lead, you will be responsible for developing the current Learning strategy across all employees, from Early Careers to Leadership Development. The role will specifically focus on the Employee Experience and Journey, including Engagement, Succession and Wellbeing.

Alongside the learning programme, this role will take ownership of OD programmes, partnering with HR to deliver change and restructures.

We are looking for a proven L&D professional who has partnered with Corporate client groups, designing and implementing blended Learning solutions across diverse business sectors.

You will have strong project management experience, demonstrated in execution and delivery.

Your influencing skills will be relationship led, driving commercial decision making to ensure ROI.
