Partnership Accountant - PART TIME 2/3 days a week

This is an incredible PART TIME opportunity for a professional, personable and knowledgeable Partnership Accountant! This role is working one of the top London law firms based in the City of London (near Liverpool Street Station).

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience

Contract: Permanent / part time 2 -3 days a week

• Working closely with the Head of Finance and the Senior Partners of the firm
• Preparing the partnership tax calculations
• Managing tax returns
• Working with the partners and reconciling the ledger
• Preparation of annual profit-sharing calculations
• Periodically prepare and distribute partner statements
• Perform tax equalisation's
• Review the need for capital requirements for partners
• Preparation and submission of VAT return
• Support in some exciting projects

Candidates MUST

• Friendly, personable and a great team player
• Confident in the ability to explain certain areas of expertise to others who aren't know knowledgeable
• Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with Senior Partners
• Excellent tax knowledge
• Experience with Overlap Relief
• Experience preparing packs
