Location: FULLY remote working

Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 per annum + incredible benefits (30 days holiday, share scheme etc)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for processing the UK and Ireland payroll - high volume, requires someone who can deal with a high pressured, fast paced and exciting environment
  • Managing a team of x10 payroll assistants, who are passionate, driven and engaging
  • Conduct regular reviews with team and progress and develop them
  • Ensure the smooth running of the payroll
  • Liaising with Team leads and ensuring payroll, benefits and bonuses are correct
  • Be subject matter expert for payroll operations and point of contact for payroll related pension and equity issues
  • Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure payroll operations are optimised, efficient and compliant

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Hard working, professional and calm under pressure
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team management skills, MUST have previous management experience
  • Excellent IT skills, ideally excel
  • Strong payroll, tax and benefits knowledge
  • MUST have worked for a global business and dealt with high volume payroll
