Pricing Director

Our client is a multinational corporation rooted in the Energy and Automation industry, currently on the hunt for an experienced Pricing Professional to join their team in the role of Pricing Director.

The firm has extensive experience in the market, having made some major acquisitions to build on their size and currently operate multiple business units. It is a market leading business in the area of sustainable development, and they are passionate about renewable energy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Expert with management experience to take on a leading role that allows for great decision-making regarding pricing transformation, strategy and processes. You will get the chance to lead the journey towards pricing excellence. Additionally, the role comes with flexibility on where to be based, with the options consisting of Copenhagen, Stockholm and Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive pricing transformation projects in the key geographies
• Implement relevant pricing strategies (primarily transactional pricing) in top markets
• Contribute to the implementation of the Price Positioning Strategy, policies and processes
• Lead and drive year-over-year commercial margin improvement
• Contribute towards the implementation of pricing tools to enable countries
• Develop the country commercial policy transformations along with the pricing team
• Take on a leadership role to other internal marketing and management departments

Necessary Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or pricing management
• Strong leadership and management skills driven from previous experience
• Demonstrated experience within business transformation
• Large-scale project management skills on a country level
• Marketing and analytical skills
• Strong research and synthesis skills
• Broader sales experience, desirable
