Project Manager - Permanent

This is an outstanding Project Manager position working for a fantastic global business which is growing rapidly. This client is seeking a strong, organised and passionate Project Manager who can come in and manage all of the internal projects within the UK business.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid 1 or 2 days a week in the London office (near Kings Cross / Euston station)

Job Description:

• Delivery plan for specified internal projects and identifying resources to deliver the project
• Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success
• Managing time line, budget and risks to ensure the project is delivered in line with stakeholder expectations
• Providing regular and timely reports to key stakeholders throughout each project so they can provide interventions as needed
• Ensuring successful delivery of projects into the business through deployment of change management principles, engagement of staff and by providing clear training
• Conducting reviews at the end of each project to evaluate their success and capture lessons learned for future projects

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail, motivated and results-driven
• Ability to solve problems in a structured and logical way
• Change management knowledge and mindset, with effective stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience of managing IT systems projects is desirable but not essential
