Job description

My client is looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a maternity leave within their team. This role is expected to be between 9-12 months long and is suitable for a friendly candidate with plenty of experience working within Purchase Ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Process BACS and CHAPS payments
  • Taking resbonsibility for the "AP inbox"
  • Answering both internal and external queries
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Successful candidates:

  • Immediately available
  • At least 3 years of experience within purchase ledger
  • Hardworking and dilligent
  • Can commit to the longevity of the contract
