Recruitment Manager

Investigo is partnering a leading Global business in the recruitment for a Recruitment manager based in Buckinghamshire for a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the HR lead, this role will take full accountability for the Recruitment function, managing the team and driving the talent strategy.

As a business, the Resourcing strategy has been built on a successful blend of Internal and External hires across diverse commercial disciplines.

Within the role, you will be accountable for the following (not exclusive) areas:

• Team management
• Senior Hires
• Talent management
• Employer Branding & EVP
• D&I
• HR MI Reporting

We are looking for a proven leader of people who has managed a successful Resourcing function.

You will have an open and inclusive management style which develops those around you.

Alongside operational experience of Senior hires, your background to date must have included ownership of corporate EVP, route to market and Branding. You will also have significant experience in Talent Management.

Whilst this is a 12-month contract, we are looking for September start so our client can accommodate a notice period.
