Resourcing Manager - Systems Projects

Investigo is pleased to be supporting a global brand with their search for an experienced ATS Manager. With candidate experience at the forefront of their priorities, this role will take ownership of the on-going development and integration of ATS systems across the organisation.

This role will have a strong project focus. With various exciting phases of transformation currently taking place across the organisation, this position will spearhead the ongoing development and projects relating to the current / future ATS system(s).

You will be required to work extensively with various teams across the organisation to draw out needs and requirements of the ATS system. This role will offer extensive scope for progression and professional development, with various opportunities to grow with the role.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to develop our client's recruitment systems
• Seek news ways to improve candidate experience.
• Working with various managers/workstreams, optimising all resourcing and talent systems/tools.
• Continues guidance on project/programme updates
• Work / lead various forward-thinking system projects to support various workstreams
• Develop new processes within the ATS to deliver resourcing targets
• Creating, shape and develop the global handbook for resourcing programmes and systems
• Act as the main point of contact, managing relationships with external technology partners
