SAP Ariba Functional Lead

SAP Ariba Functional Lead - 6 month contract

Our client requires a SAP Ariba Lead to be based at their offices in Central London on a 6 month contract.

Main Responsibilities -

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Have the ability to influence colleagues and partners through a balance of supportive and challenging behaviours.

• Understand, articulate and demonstrate strong Procurement experience to help the business define their requirements.

• Help consolidate and reduce the need for change requirements by locking scope down at the earliest opportunity

• Work closely with the business together with multiple vendors to ensure collaboration and clear understanding of what is being implemented with each wave, prioritising where necessary
  
• Question and challenge the IT solutions being posed to the business by our SI's - ensuring agreement is reached on the most cost effective and simplistic solution

Knowledge & Experience:

• Must have Ariba / Procurement experience. Preferably Manufacturing / FMCG.

• Knowledge and experience of Ariba SCC (Planning/Inventory/Order/Forecast)

• Depth of knowledge of the SAP Ariba Business Network
  
• An understanding of the SAP Ariba roadmap and how SAP Ariba is positioned in the market-place
  
• Industry and business process knowledge of the FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics market-place
  
• Procurement and Vendor Management Invoicing experience advantageous
  

• Multi Country / Multi-Vendor Programme management experience essential. (Knowledge of European ways of Working advantageous and preferred)
