SAP Finance Process Analyst

I am currently looking for an experienced SAP Finance Process Analyst to join our customer on an initial 6-month contract based in Central London.

The role of the Process Analyst is to design, create and amend Finance business process maps and process documents aligned to the End State Finance Org Design and delivered technology solution.

This role will undertake the linking of available Business Process Work Assets (Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidance and on-system training documents) to the processes in the business mapping tool.

The person:

• The candidate should be competent in creating presentations to explain the Level business processes to stakeholders and supporting workshops with the business to facilitate understanding.
• Ideally, the person will have previous programme-based S/4HANA experience.
• SAP R2R and planning experience.
• SAP BPC experience.
• The individual must have a knowledge of SAP finance processes and process mapping skills and the ability to provide input on the process level controls.
• An understanding of finance systems and SAP lifecycle delivery experience is essential.
• An accounting qualification desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating or amending process documents including overlays with financial controls.
• Creating presentations to explain the business processes to relevant programme stakeholders.
• Linking of available Business Process Work Assets (Policies, Standards, Procedures, Guidance and on-system training documents) to the processes in the business mapping tool.
• Supporting with workshops with the business; this will include slideware for content, logistics and supporting with delivery of the workshops.
• Documenting other ad-hoc requirements such as meeting notes.
