Required skills

• Core finance process experience (Source to Pay, Record to Report, Plan to Perform)
• Worked with/implemented SAP S/4HANA in finance - (understanding and use of)
• Worked in a programme/project environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• A team player and be able to work in a Matrix team with people from different companies
• Work with varying levels of stakeholders
• Training Needs Analysis
• Design training material using a variety of tools
• Deliver training
• Manage a plan
