Job description
Investigo are recruiting for a 6-month Senior Analyst position for a multinational business, based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your skills within a progressive business and the day rate on offer stretches from £325-£375, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Build/use financial models to analyse existing and potential investments
- Build/use Project Finance financial models for use in negotiation of project financing and commercial negotiations
- Execution of transactions; inhouse developed projects, existing project pipeline and new M&A, JV deals
- Produce presentation/reporting materials and investment committee memos
- Liaison with external and internal counterparties to evaluate, structure and finance investments
- Work with project partners to ensure all projects are developed and structured appropriately
- Monitor and review of investments in the portfolio
- Involvement in commercial negotiations including debt financing, equity structuring, term sheets, SPA/SHA
- Due diligence - commercial, legal and technical DD for transactions and (project) financings
Role requirements
- Self-motivated Analyst with between 1-3 years experience gained with a similar investor, developer, investment bank or advisory firm
- Excellent financial modelling skills ideally within Renewables, Power or Infrastructure
- A strong academic background is required demonstrated by an excellent degree
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Experience of similar transactions - project financings, M&A or financial analytic support for project development
- Accountants with FP&A experience looking to make the shift into M&A will also be considered
