Senior Compliance Officer / Manager - Brokerage - Perm- London

A brokerage firm are looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer into their compliance team. This will be someone who they will eventually train to take on the Head of Compliance responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Compliance advisory to the business
• Maintenance and ongoing development of the compliance monitoring programme
• Development and ongoing of the compliance manual including policies and procedures
• Horizon scanning and reporting of regulatory developments to the business
• Regulatory reporting

Successful candidates will have:

• Knowledge of FX and CFD's
• Advisory compliance experience within a brokerage
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
