Senior Estates Surveyor - Oxfordshire - £40,000+

Investigo are working with a Council in Oxfordshire to recruit for a Senior Estates Surveyors on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Our client has over 700 Retail properties in their Estate and are looking for a professionally qualified Estates Surveyor to deal with landlord and tenant issues, rent reviews, lease renewals etc

What they're looking for

• Must be an MRICS general practice Surveyor
• Experience of the management of retail properties
• Rent reviews, lease renewals, L&T issues

What they're offering

• Most of the properties are within walking distance of the office (although currently everyone is working from home)
• When things go back to normal, they allow employee to work from home 2 days a week
• Flexitime (earliest being 07:30 - 16:00, latest being 10:00 - 18:30)
• Extended lunch breaks if necessary
• Can accumulate an additional 1 day a month to work from home
• 28 Days + Bank Holidays
