Senior Finance Manager

Investigo are delighted to be partnering with a Northamptonshire based Retail business who are looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager, on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the role will involve:

Managing and reviewing the monthly consolidation process
Producing the consolidated financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards
Preparing the internal reporting financial information for the Senior Leadership Team
Supporting the implementation and improvement of business's consolidation processes
Managing the overall external audit process with the business's auditors
Coaching and developing a Finance Analyst.
Supporting adhoc finance projects

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting experience preferably gained within a practice firm. Alongside being a team player, you will have the ability to make key decisions for the business and possess commercial acumen. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical accounting issues to the wider finance team and be capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines.
