Senior Financial Accountant

A leading FTSE listed Media client based in London is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager. The role has come about due to recent revenue growth and acquisitions across the group.

Key responsibilities include

• Responsible for the production of the month end packs for the senior management team
• Production on the annual statutory accounts under IFRS
• Involved in the post acquisition integration on newly acquired businesses
• M&A Accounting
• Ownership of key financial accounting tasks including key balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing quarterly cash flow and balance sheet KPI reporting to Group.
• Managing the relationships with the Auditors

The successful candidate will need to be:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
• Have experience across Audit and / or Financial Accounting
• Strong technical ability and exposure to PLC accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive attitude and keen to learn
