Senior Financial Accountant

A PE backed technology business are currently looking for an Interim Senior Financial Accountant to support their year end process for approximately 4-5 months.

The role will focus on assisting the financial reporting team with the delivery of year end:

• Statutory audits and filing of entity accounts to statutory deadlines
• Assist in managing relationship with Group auditors
• Prepare group accounting policies, accounting manual and technical papers to ensure compliance with IFRS

Specific deliverables:

• Preparation of the IFRS 16 lease accounting
• Calculation of the bad debt provision under IFRS 9
• Preparation of the capitalised labour review

Experience of year end processes and statutory account preparation within a complex multi currency environment with knowledge of IRFS 16 and 9 are essential for this role.
