Senior L&D Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a fast growth Tech business in the recruitment for a Senior L&D Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Please note that this is a contract to start Mid-August.

Reporting in to the Head of HR, this role is a stand-alone L&D Lead, taking responsibility for delivering the annual programme.

As the L&D Partner, you accountable for:

• Design and Delivery - Inductions, Management Development, Early Careers etc
• Owning the Company Mentoring programme
• Creating and delivering Lunch & Learns / Bite-size learning
• Managing L&D budgets
• Working with 3rd party providers for accredited learning

We are looking for a proven L&D professional who has ideally working with Technology businesses.

You have held accountability for 360 Learning programmes and you will need to be comfortable in a stand-alone role.

Our client is going through a significant period of change and therefore you must be able to work at pace.

Whilst this is a 12 month contract, we are looking for innovate and creative individuals to develop existing programmes.
