Service Delivery Manager - Salford - Hybrid Working (c. 3 days onsite, 2 from Home approx)
A complex business currently transforming their technology function are seeking 2 Service Delivery Managers to join the technology team and take responsibility for providing great IT Service. These roles are due to growth and transformation of the technology function so it's a great time to join the business.
They are seeking experienced Service Delivery Managers within a helpdesk environment and with a good understanding of service delivery management within a helpdesk role. As service delivery manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that requires management of Service Delivery and Transition, and the ongoing maintenance of the support relationships with Customers and Partners. It will be your job to manage the service relationships between key customers and the IT service desk in the supply of managed services and support, ensuring that the contracted services meet or exceed agreed levels to the satisfaction of the customers. You'll need to be great at building relationships with key customers and drive customer and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
The appointed candidates will have good Service Delivery experience, a strong understanding of ITIL and great communication skills.
