ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

• Position: ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract
• Location: Remote (Some European Travel may be needed)
• Rate: Up to £525 per day outside of IR35

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical expertise in configuring and customising ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HRSD solutions
• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities

Requirements:

• Extensive experience working with ServiceNow platform, specifically in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations, customisation's, and integrations
• Proven experience leading technical teams in ServiceNow implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel within Europe as required
