Share Plans Manager

Investigo is partnering a leading Hertfordshire business in the recruitment for a Benefits Manager to manage their UK and International Share Plan schemes.

Reporting to the Benefits Lead, this role will have accountability managing the Share programme across all employees.

This role with have key responsibility for the day to day operational delivery of discretionary share plans globally including all employee plans.

Alongside day to day management, you will support the implementation of key projects covering a wide range of technical disciplines.

Key accountabilities;

• Management of the the day to day operation of share and cash/phantom plans
• Management of employee queries in relation to the operation and structure of the share and cash plans
• Ownership of share plan data including regular BAU reporting.
• Implement key projects covering a wide range of technical disciplines to deliver new share plans

We are looking for a proven Benefits Manager who has managed and owned Global Share all employee schemes, including Exec.

Given the size and scope of the business, you background must include global corporate brands.

Our client is open to a Generalist Benefits professional, but you must have managed Share Plan schemes as part of you remit.
