Sr. Research Associate/Scientist, Non-Viral Delivery

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sr. RA/Scientist will provide technical support for scaling up and optimizing LNPs. This individual will help develop clinical scale process for a sage and potent delivery systems to enable in vivo base editing.

There is an opportunity to grow as a leader in the process development group with the opportunity to wear multiple hats.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• BS/MS degree with relevant industry experience OR a PhD with 2-5 years of experience
• A good understanding of formulation and process optimization
• Familiarity with cGMPs of large biomolecule production and purification with focus on TFF and sterile filtration.
• Prior experience in process development, scale-up, tech transfer, and external manufacturing of lipid nano particles (LNPs) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with developing a frozen and/or lyophilized formulation for clinical stage Drug Product would be desirable.
