Senior Scientist, AAV Analytical Development - Biophysical Assays

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will assist in the area of biophysical characterization and assay development for biologics. This person will support multiple therapeutic gene therapy programs by leading development of methods for AAV.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD in a relevant, scientific area
• Hands-on experience developing biophysical based methods for protein or impurity quantification (size exclusion chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, analytical ultracentrifugation, etc).
• Additional experience with nucleic acid based analytical methods for viral vectors preferred.
• Previous development or qualification of methods for AAV or viral vector products is a plus.
