Talent Manager

Central London

£50,000 to £60,000

We are working exclusively with a highly innovative and successful Fintech who is looking for a passionate Talent Manager to join their team in London. It's a hugely exciting opportunity to join an fantastic business that has an entrepreneurial culture and are on a strong growth trajectory. You will have the autonomy to shape and define the global Talent strategy, working closely with the Global Head of Talent and senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Senior HRBPs, COEs and senior stakeholders to ensure that the Talent and Development strategy is consistently and efficiently executed in line with best practice
  • Creating and delivering the full talent management cycle from defining and identifying top talent, to cyclical talent reviews, performance management, and succession planning
  • Delivering the framework for business wide roll out of all global talent programmes
  • Identify, develop, manage and retain the talent pipeline, aligning closely with the Talent Acquisition team to strategically hire for succession gaps
  • Coaching line managers to ensure that they are equipped with the tools and skills to identify talent and create high performing teams
  • Closely monitor trends in the industry in order to provide insight on any developments and make appropriate recommendations on best practice

The client is open to candidates with either a talent background or strong HR generalists with a passion for talent and exposure in this sector. You will have a great understanding of what best practice looks like, ideally within a matrix global environment. Credibility and strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels right up to Senior Management is essential. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and will be able to work autonomously to deliver within a highly commercial, evolving environment.
