Transaction Monitoring and Screening Officer - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Investigo are currently recruiting for one of our international corporate banking clients based in the West-End of London. They are hiring a Transaction Monitoring and Screening Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract.

They currently work 3 days per week in the West-End London office, and 2 days per week from home. This is non-negotiable so please only apply if you are able to commit to this.

Role duties:

• Supporting all first line Transaction Monitoring activities
• Ongoing client name screening
• Payments screening

To be a relevant candidate for the role you must have the following experience:

• Strong knowledge of UK AML rules
• Good understanding of combatting terrorist financing
• Good understanding of commonly used AML systems for PEP and Sanctions screening
• Good knowledge of 1LOD practices and controls including CDD and Enhanced CDD that is performed at onboarding and throughout the customer relationship
• Minimum 2 years experience in a 1LOD role within anti-financial crime - having been exposed to transaction monitoring and client name screening
• Experience working with Corporate and Correspondent banking would be highly beneficial
