UK Financial Accountant

Investigo are delighted to be supporting a Milton Keynes based PE Backed business with their recruitment of a UK Financial Accountant, on a permanent basis.

The post holder is responsible for supporting the UK Financial Accounts Manager in ensuring the integrity of all aspects of financial accounting for the UK Companies, alongside ensuring the timely and accurate production of the monthly management accounts. The UK Financial Accountant will maintain and report on the Fixed Asset register, including the timely transfer of completed projects from Work In Progress to Fixed Asset additions. They will prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure timely resolution of queries and to support prepayments and accruals. On a quarterly basis the UK Financial Accountant will produce VAT calculations, ensuring returns are submitted on time.

The successful Candidate will be a Newly Qualified ACA or ACCA with a financial accounting and/or audit background. They will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a small team.

Our Client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000
