Financial Controller - Divisional

Divisional Financial Controller required to oversee all finance related matters for the region of a multisite region of high growth business.

Whilst managing a team of 12 you will oversea all finance related matters whilst reporting back to UK based group head office.

Accountabilities and duties include:

Managing, mentoring and development of the finance team, Financial and Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reporting to Group, supporting acquisitions, ownership of P&L, Cash-flow management, Tax and VAT, oversight of payables and receivables team, managing the audit process and maintaining relationships with external bodies, Systems improvements and ensuring current financial standards are adhered to, oversight of billing and credit control ad-hoc work around investment appraisal, fixed assets and property management.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Finance Manager or Financial controller with a good commercial head and the ability to lead, develop and influence.
