Head of HR

Investigo is partnering a leading Global Consumer brand in the recruitment for a Head of HR to be based in their Buckinghamshire office.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will be accountable for partnering with some of the leading commercial internal clients, challenging and driving change.

Working autonomously, you will be partnering the Board as this business goes through a significant transformation.

Leading a team of Business Partners, you will be accountable for creating the HR strategy to meet the business agenda.

My client is looking for a proven Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR who has managed tough and demanding client groups, including C-Board level.

Your background must include International Brands and show clear career progression.

You will have worked within fast paced, dynamic, ambiguous environments and enjoy the challenge of "Change".

Given the client group, you will have excellent influencing skills and stakeholder management.

Based in Buckinghamshire, this role will offer flexibility of working from home up to 2 days per week. The business is based within a good location with excellent rail links to London and the Midlands.
