Junior Process Improvement Consultant

Junior Process Improvement Consultant required by a leading financial services organisation located in London (City). Positioned within the Continuous Improvement Function you will be responsible for leading and contributing to process improvement across a broad range of operational functions / departments. This is a newly created function fully backed at board level and will offer significant career opportunities moving forward. Candidates will need to have a previous experience of process improvement with evidence of putting in place process matrix with businesses.

Required experience

• Previous experience of process improvement having been involved in process improvement reviews.
• Financial services industry experience
• Lean Six Sigma qualifications would be highly beneficial
• Experience of facilitating meetings and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
