Process Lead

Process Analyst:

You will be working on a group transformation to transform a business and development their capabilities needed to design, build and run their new smart platform for clients globally.

Experience:

• Manage and lead process mapping
• Group operating model design principles
• Leading and facilitating workshops with subject matter experts to design processes,
• Identify integration points between current areas of focus and the wider business, ensuring processes are integrated within the wider process architecture
• Support the ambition to become a process led organisation, through application of the process methodology
• Identify gaps in capability required to deliver future-state finance processes
• Work closely with transformation leads to ensure all process design work overseen aligns to business operating model and strategy

Skills:

• Knowledge of end-to-end process design, capture and improvement methodologies - e.g. lean six sigma
• Workshop facilitation
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate different groups to achieve consensus
• Ability to understand and challenge expert opinions
• Process design/capture of end-to-end cross-functional processes
