Programme Manager, InsureTech, Hampshire

Programme Manager required by an InsureTech business located in Hampshire. This is a newly created position following an initiative to invest in their technology stack and delivery capabilities. Candidates must have delivered software programmes (with a focus on software product delivery) as opposed to having worked with an end product. Agile and cloud based (azure preferably) dev ops experience is also essential. Flexible working but candidates do need to be able to commit to being in the Hampshire office a couple of days each week.

Required experience:

• Experienced programme manager with extensive software delivery experience.
• Experience of Software Product Delivery programmes (not end products / off the shelf packages).
• Experience of Agile and cloud based (azure preferably) Dev Ops.
• Able to commit to circa 2 days a week in the Hampshire office.
• Insurance, Financial Services or consulting experience preferable.
